At Easy Realty, Fanatical Agent Support means more than answering questions quickly.
Fast, accurate support matters. But if agents keep encountering the same question, delay or unnecessary process, simply answering faster isn’t enough.
We should ask why the friction exists in the first place.
That philosophy is increasingly shaping how Easy Realty approaches brokerage support and how Frontier Labs evaluates opportunities for improvement.
We think about support in three levels:
Answer the question.
When an agent needs help, provide a useful and accurate answer as quickly as possible.
Make the answer easier to find.
Improve EasyBot, the Agent Hub, policies, documentation, communications or other brokerage resources so the next agent can get the information more easily.
Eliminate the reason for the question.
Look at the underlying process. Can it be simplified? Automated? Redesigned? Or, if it serves no useful purpose, eliminated altogether?
That’s where support becomes continuous improvement.
Our goal isn’t to create more systems, more procedures or more technology for agents to manage. It’s to continually look for ways to make the brokerage simpler, faster and easier to work with.
Every recurring question can be a signal. Every unnecessary step can be an opportunity. Every point of friction can tell us something about what we should improve next.
Good support answers the question. Great support makes the answer easy to find. Fanatical Agent Support asks why the question needed to exist at all.
