Easy Realty is building a new hyperlocal approach to real estate search, with Reunion, Florida serving as an early market for the strategy.

Rather than trying to replicate the enormous national footprint of Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Homes.com and Trulia, the idea is to go deeper at the local level, creating a more concentrated Easy Realty presence around the markets our agents serve.

In Reunion, that work has grown into an interconnected collection of consumer resources covering property search, specialized real estate searches, recently sold properties and home valuation.

Recent additions include dedicated experiences for recent Reunion sales, recently sold homes and recently sold condos, along with an updated home valuation experience and a Reunion-specific home-value destination.

But the larger objective goes beyond generating website traffic.

We’re building the brokerage’s local digital presence behind our agents.

The more frequently consumers encounter Easy Realty while researching properties, recent sales, home values and other local real estate topics, the more opportunities we have to establish Easy Realty as a recognizable presence in that market.

Early testing is already giving us encouraging signals. During the Reunion build, we documented a Google search-results page where Easy Realty appeared three times.

Reunion gives us a market in which we can develop, measure and refine this hyperlocal approach.

The ambition is straightforward:

National real estate portals compete through scale. Easy Realty intends to compete locally through depth.

And ultimately, the goal is bigger than ranking individual webpages. We’re working toward a brokerage capable of developing a dominant local search presence, market by market, creating a stronger digital foundation behind the Easy Realty agents serving those communities.
