EasyMail is the new identity for the Easy Realty corporate email system you already use with your@easy.realty email address.
There’s no new email system to learn and no big migration hiding behind the new name.
You’ll simply start seeing a cleaner, more recognizable Easy Realty identity when you sign in and use your corporate email.
The EasyMail identity is built around the familiar orange Easy Realty E. The full EasyMail logo appears where there’s room for it, while the orange E can stand on its own in smaller spaces, including the EasyMail login screen.
Think of it simply as:

The Fun Name Has a Serious Job
While we’re having a little fun with the branding, the corporate email system itself has a serious purpose.
Real estate communications can involve client information, transaction details, documents, vendors, internal support communications, and other information that deserves to be handled appropriately.
Once a consumer signs an agreement with Easy Realty and becomes our client, client-related communications need to move into the secure Easy Realty corporate email environment.
Transaction communications, transaction-vendor communications, internal support communications, and sensitive client communications should also be handled through the corporate system.
That’s where EasyMail comes in.
EasyMail gives Easy Realty brokerage communications an Easy Realty home.
Before a consumer becomes an Easy Realty client, agents can continue conducting sales and marketing using their own email addresses, domains, CRMs, and other marketing systems.
EasyMail isn’t intended to replace the tools agents use to build their businesses. It’s the corporate communication environment for the business we conduct together as Easy Realty.
