Not every agent needs to maintain an MLS subscription year-round. Maybe you primarily work with buyers. Maybe listings are only an occasional part of your business. Listing Coordination is designed to help with the administrative side of managing a listing.
Depending on the property and applicable MLS, the service can include:
- Listing documentation and administrative coordination
- MLS preparation and entry
- Photograph and listing-information entry
- Compliance coordination
- Authorized price and status changes
- Updates to remarks, photographs, showing instructions, and other listing information
